Working with us at AFP

We have doubled in size over the past five years and currently have over 30 permanent members of staff. 

Our office is open plan, with large windows along one side. We have a separate kitchen area, two relaxing areas and an area for coats, along with archiving and meeting rooms. Our dress code is very relaxed- no ripped jeans or un-tucked shirts. Our office hours are 9-5:30 with an hour for lunch.

Our recruitment process

We generally interview up to 5 people for each position, and have a two step interview process. We don't drag our feet, and will let you know either way as soon as possible.
