The Financial Times has today released data on its study of gender in the Financial Services sector, demonstrating that the majority of junior staff are female but this proportion drops to 25% for senior roles.
We're aware of the significant work still to be done regarding gender equality in the workplace, however this is a statistic that really surprised us. At AFP we employ men and women equally, and our management figures support this!
AFP employs over 30 members of permanent staff.

55% of managers are female
50% of the board are female
